Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the product back in its original box, ensuring all cables and power banks are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest designated carrier point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
